Please read these terms carefully before making a booking or registering as a host on Weekendnest.
1. Booking & Reservation Policy
- • When you submit a booking request on Weekendnest, your reservation is sent directly to the host for approval or automated confirmation.
- • All booking payments and advance amounts are calculated based on the property's specified nightly rate and mandatory advance fee.
- • Guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, Passport, Driving License) upon check-in at the property.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Full Refund
Cancel up to 48 hours before check-in for a 100% refund.
50% Refund
Cancel between 24–48 hours before check-in.
Non-Refundable
Cancellations under 24h or after check-in are non-refundable.
3. Guest Conduct & House Rules
Guests are required to abide by the individual house rules specified by the host (e.g., quiet hours, pet policies, smoking restrictions). Any damage caused to property amenities or premises will be billed directly to the primary guest.
4. Check-in & Occupancy Limits
Maximum guest capacity must be respected at all times. Unregistered visitors or exceeding maximum occupancy without host consent may result in immediate cancellation without refund.
